Delay Delivery Emails

Hi, so I often use delay delivery on my emails in outlook if I’m working late or on weekends and want the email to go the next business day. But I have noticed that despite the email being generated from SB and tagged for the matter, when it sends, it doesn’t show up in the matter.

The only way to get it showing is to untag and retag the matter in the email.

Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks

When you say tagged, are you linking it at the bottom, or just applying a tag?

Sorry I mean linked at the bottom. All the emails are generated from within the matter.

But after posting this topic on Friday, I sent a lot of emails over the weekend on delay delivery and all seem to be showing in the matter this morning so maybe whatever the issue was is no longer an issue?!

Glad to hear you’re all set! If this happens again, please contact our Support team (contact is at the bottom of the Help Center) so we can investigate.

Hello @andreabb79 you can also use the Scan Email tool to make sure that items sent with the link to the matter are in place.  This was developed for scenarios like you mention.  The email is sent in the background when the computer may be sleeping .
