Can I send an SMS to a client without activating the client portal? Very confusing for clients when just sending them a SMS reminder about their appointment.

There is not an option for this at the moment. I will pass this on to our Product team, but we would like to hear more about what specifically is confusing. Is it the email?

Yes - I get multiple calls from clients asking what the email is about. Often, just because I have sent them an SMS appointment reminder.
