Copying folders from one matter to another doesn't work

I’ve told Smokeball about this issue so many times, and they still can’t fix it. At this point, I don’t know if they’re incompetent or just don’t care. Every time I try to copy folders from one matter to another, it either stalls or says it’s completed—but the folders never actually show up. I keep reporting this, and they keep telling me it’s fixed, yet the problem persists. It’s beyond frustrating, and I’m seriously considering switching to another case management software.

    ​@MshakouriMetaLaw I’m very curious if you use the search function in the matter you have copied the folder/files to, does the search return those folders/files? What about the advanced search? I asked because I’ve experienced a similar issue where a document existed in the background, if you will, and it would return in search results but not be readily visible. I can’t recall what the location was called that the files went to, but it was a folder that the program creates when there are “connectivity issues.” I could find it in search and right click to open location. I believe ultimately I did a drag and drop of the file from inside Smokeball to outside and then back inside the matter the copy should be in.
