When opening this precedent it asks me if the Agent has released the Balance of the Deposit to us. I check YES but then this does not appear anywhere on the Statement of Account. Where do I put Balance of deposit into Smokeball details so that this precedent acknowledges it?

Worked it out…... “Agent details”

Although this statement isn’t any use to send to client after settlement. Missing too much info
