Conditional Access policy blocking calender access

Hi there

We have an issue where smokeball is being blocked by our Compliance policy which is configured to block non compliant devices, we can see in the logs that the device is blocked because the browser that smokeball users doesn't seem to be passing the device ID, or the location it is launching from to do the authentication is in the cloud(more likely)

Simon this seems to be something our IT team would be best able to help with, not so much our product teams. Have you supported a ticket? That’s the best way to get it in the tube so they can work with you to get this cleared up. It might also be helpful to let your Account Manager, Onboarding Specialist, and/or Trainer know that you’re supporting a ticket about this so they can monitor it. Things like this help us learn and make the product better, and then be able to better advise people in the future who might have a similar issue come up. 😊
