Is there a way to text people without them having to download the Client Portal app? I’ve been hearing confusion from clients about the new app and seems like it was easier before.

Hi Sandy,
If you use the SMS option then they don’t need to download the app. You will not be able to send or receive documents this way, just text, but it works! We do have some integration partners that offer more robust texting options. Check out our Marketplace to learn more
