our office is having phone problems (have been for about a week) and we aren’t sure when this will be resolved. Is there a way to send out a text message to all of our clients at once letting them know about the phone problems?

There is no mass text option through Smokeball. You would need to integrate with one of our partners like Kenect to do this.
