Can we force Smokeball not to use the Preview and Draft email windows?

SInce the most recent update, I have Smokeball opening any emails from a client’s file in the SB Preview email window, and when I send an email it opens in the SB Draft email window.

This is really annoying, because it means I lose a lot of functionality that I am used to in Outlook.

Is there a way to stop SB from doing this, and force it to go back to using Outlook directly?

    Can you share some screenshots with us of what you are seeing that you don’t like?  You can create a test matter with a fake client and fake email so you don’t share client info.

      Hi ​@MichaelO we have some limitations with what Microsoft allows us to do with the integration to new Outlook, so we’ve built the ‘New Draft Email’ window to accommodate some of the same experiences that we could deliver with Classic. Unfortunately right now, there isn’t any way for us to open in new Outlook.

      I fully understand this isn’t ideal, so I’d really like to understand what functions within this window are missing for you so that we can do our best to address them.
