Hi Morgan,

This will depend on your Product Tier.  If you are a Grow or Prosper + user, you can always manually type in whatever you want in for the Staff role.  You do not have to pick from the drop down.  They are just common suggestions to help save time.  For more on our Bill and Boost tiers, please reach out to Reena above.
