Is there a way to bill for emails sent after the fact? I have a bunch of emails in a matter that I forgot to assign to Smokeball and did a bulk assignment from Outlook. Is there any way to bill for those emails at this point? Similar question for Word documents. Is there a way to bill for a document created after the fact?

You can create manual time or fee entries in Smokeball, please find the instructions to do that in this article: https://support.smokeball.com/hc/en-au/articles/6137763137559-Enter-a-time-or-fixed-fee-entry
Unfortunately there is no ability to automatically trigger a bulk creation of entries for those emails after the fact.
