Attorney billed/received report

Hi, first time poster.

I am looking for a report that will provide, per Attorney, how much money has been billed (invoiced), and the payment received.

I’m looking to run this over a custom reporting period.

The closest report I can find is ‘Ledger Export’ (appears as Accounts Ledger) but this can only be per matter or contact.

I would like this to run per Attorney.

Any thoughts how to achieve this? Thanks in advance.

Hello ​@Smin 

There are a couple of different Billing Reports that may meet your needs.

  • The Billed Fee & Expenses report will show you the amount billed by timekeeper, attorney responsible, originating attorney, area of law, client or referrer.  This report is filtered by the date of the invoice and not the date of the time entries.
  • The Income Allocation Report will show you the amount collected by  timekeeper, attorney responsible, originating attorney, area of law, client or referrer.  This report is filtered by the date of the payment, not the date of the invoice or the time entries.
