Hi, is it possible to attach a file in Smokeball to a reply email in Microsoft Outlook? Or do I have to save the document locally and then attach it to the email? Thanks in advance.

It is possible, first you want to make sure you tag the email to the matter it belongs to. Once you do, the option to attach documents from that matter in Smokeball will become available. You can then select whichever documents you need to attach. This will also make sure that the emails are saved back to the matter.
