I am trying to get a summary of all the documents in a specified folder. However, I can't seem to get a prompt written that will do this. Am I not good at prompt writing or is this something that is not possible with Archie right now?

@WichitaLawyer - I don’t think it’s possible to direct Archie’s attention to focus on a specific folder. I would very much like the ability to do so as well. My preference would be:

  • Get an “ask archie about this folder” option by right clicking the folder.
  • Get a popout view like the one for creating a multiple file pdf to allow selection of multiple documents from different folders to “ask archie” about.
  • Be able to open the popout view described above from the Archie tab from a prompt to select specific files to correspond to labels in the prompt. I.E. the prompt might be as so: “The paragraphs in select answer] correspond to the paragraphs in  select complaint]. List every paragraph of the complaint for which the answer paragraph is less than an unqualified admission”.

I was able to select and right click on multiple documents in a folder, but any (if not all) of your suggestions would be great options.

Hello to you both!  I will make sure the Product team gets your feedback on this.

Thank you, got the feedback and working with the team on how we could solve for this scenario.

I’d love that option too. I have matters with thousands of pages and hundreds of files (often many years of bank statements, tax returns, credit card statements). I would like to help Archie narrow the search to one folder or sub-folder.
