Archie error - "Archie cannot answer questions in .25 files"

I am trying to use Arche to summarize medical documents.  There are 10 PDFs, all well within the Archie size limits & I keep getting the following message: Archie cannot answer questions in .25 files.  Please choose another file.

Any ideas what is wrong?
