Churning since May 2023:

Please add a "Paid" line in the billing widget that appears in regular old Smokeball (not Smokeball billing).

For paralegals and others who would like to know if, say, a flat fee service was paid, seeing the paid amount would be immensely helpful and save a lot of time (and interaction with us on the billing side of the house).

Yes, they could see the "$0.00" for unpaid or unbilled, but they may not know if the invoice was sent or not....and yeah, they can check the billing folder in the file to verify, but that's a PIA...I'm seeking to make it easier for all.

On it’s face, it appears to be a rather easy upgrade.

Is there any additional information you can provide that we could add?  For example, would you like to see only invoice payments applied or include trust/operating retainer deposits as well?  Should this include interest?  Is there any situation that you would not like a user to see the paid amount, but see the other information in the billing widget?

In the spirit of keeping the widget a summary, we’re looking for only one additional row: this one from the invoice summary portion of a client’s account statement.
