2 emails for 1 client - home and business - how to have only 1 populate emails

I work with many professionals in their professional capacity and also in their individual capacity. They have professional and personal emails.

I do not see a way to add 2 different emails for the same contact and choose 1 as the primary to populate the email dialogue window.

What am I missing?
