Zendesk, the system we use to track support tickets was offline for approximately an hour this morning (AEDT).
Here’s what you need to know:
- We're back online.
- Zendesk is investigating the cause, but everything is working normally for now.
- We have logs of your calls and emails, and we're following up on them.
- We may take longer to respond while catching up.
