Welcome to the October legal content update! This month’s edition includes a raft of form updates, Conveyancing matter improvements, as well as enhancements to existing Smokeball reports.

Conveyancing Enhancements
QUEENSLAND
A new Seller Disclosure Details layout is now available under QLD Conveyancing > Sale matters. Information entered in this layout auto populates the updated Seller Disclosure Statement form.
The Seller Disclosure Statement form can be accessed in Court & Authority Forms > Conveyancing Forms. A shortcut has also been added to Sale > File Setup for ease of access.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA
For Western Australia, the WA Conveyancing Details Layouts Date Calculators on Conveyancing General, Purchase and Sale matter types, now have the option to select "working days" following client feedback:
Forms Updates
This month saw a great number of forms updates across a range of practice areas, including:
