This month’s updates include improvements across ACT Conveyancing matters, more WA-specific matter types and form updates. Let’s jump into the highlights or you can see the full list of updates here.

 

ACT Conveyancing

 

ACT Conveyancing Purchase and Conveyancing General matters now have a second tab available called Stamp Duty, Tax & Registration on the Conveyancing Details layout which provides the Stamp Duty calculator. Click here for more info.

 

WA Matter Types 

 

Continuing our introduction of Western Australia-specific matter types, this month we also released the following WA-specific Estate Administration matter types:

 

Personal Injury Updates

 

This month we continued to make improvements to the Personal Injury matter types across NSW, VIC and QLD, including the following:

  • Adding additional fields to the MedicoLegal details sublayout across Personal Injury Matter types in VIC, QLD and NSW:

 

 

 

We also added a number of additional uncommon contacts across the QLD Personal Injury Matter types, including the following:

  • Contact Person (with Details sublayout)

  • Educational Institution; and

  • Government Department.

 

Forms Updates 

 

This was a big month for forms updates with updates across Family Law, Litigation, Conveyancing and Child Protection forms. 

The biggest change was for the FCFCOA Forms, where most of the forms were updated to include a change in the checkboxes on the front page of the forms to distinguish between FCFCOA (Division 1) and FCFCOA (Division 2):

Marketplace Precedents Updates

 

This month also saw updates across our Lexon Insurance Marketplace precedents for our Queensland clients, with updates made to the precedents in the following suites: 

  • Family Provision Application suite; and 
  • Estate Administration suite.
