November’s here, and in the run up to the end of year break we have released some exciting new matter type and report updates.

Read the highlights below or you can see the full list of updates here!

New QLD Seller Disclosure Matter Type

In line with QLS' latest stance that the Seller Disclosure Statement should be a separate matter from the Sale matter, we have released a new Seller Disclosure matter type in QLD.

The property and disclosure details entered in the matter will auto populate the Seller Disclosure Statement that is generated from our precedent library.

Since we now have a matter type dedicated for Seller Disclosure, we have replaced the Seller Disclosure Details layout that was previously added to the Sale matters with a much simper layout. However, this will not affect data that was entered in existing Sale matters.

Court Details Layout Improvements for NSW Criminal, AVO Matters

This month we also released improvements to the Court Details layouts for NSW Criminal General, Apprehended Domestic Violence Order, and Apprehended Personal Violence Order Matter types. These matters now have a consistent ‘Court Proceedings’ tab with the following fields available:

Family Law Education Network of Australia (FLENA)

This month our marketplace author FLENA also released a number of new precedents in the new Employment Contract folder, which have been drafted by Emplawyer, including the following precedents:

  • Employment Contract for Lawyers;

  • Employment Contract for Paralegal;

  • Employment Contract for Award Covered Support Staff;

  • FAQ and Reference Guide for Firing;

  • FAQ and Reference Guide for Hiring; and

  • FAQ and Reference Guide for Post-Employment.
