-
Insurance (NSW) (New Category) > “Insurance General” Matter Type: Designed to support handling of diverse insurance-related cases within New South Wales.

Matter Type Improvements
NEW Conveyancing (WA) - Settlement Statement
The highly- anticipated Settlement Statement for Western Australia is now live! Western Australia’s Purchase and Sale matter types now feature:
-
New Settlement Statement Layouts: New layouts for both Purchase and Sale matters to facilitate accurate settlement calculations.

-
New Precedents: Introduction of Settlement Statement documents that auto-populate based on the new layouts.
-
New Sub-layouts: Addition of Agent’s Details and Mortgage Details sub-layouts to capture pertinent financial information.

ACT Conveyancing Improvements
We’ve also just released an update to the Property Details layout in ACT Conveyancing matters.
- With this update, you can now enter much more information in the layout, including Division, Section and Block Number, Units and Units Plan Number, across two tabs within the layout.

- The updated layout is available in both existing and new ACT Purchase, Sale, Conveyancing General, and Transfer matter types.
- For Subdivision matters, because a different layout was used previously, the updated layout will only appear in new matters—any existing Subdivision matters will retain the previous layout. Any data already entered in existing matters will remain unchanged.
Immigration (Federal)
This month we added the following:
-
Working/Skilled Visa: Addition of an Employer contact card to record Employer-related information; and
-
Studying/Training Visa: Addition of Skills Assessor and Educational Institution contact cards.
