The Legal Product team has had a busy last month with the release of 2 new matter types, a number of matter type improvements, form updates, as well as several report updates. Let's have a look at the highlights below!

New Matter Types

We have released a new QLD Property matter category, with the first matter type being Strata Advice, now available along with its corresponding Lead. You can access the Support article here to find out more.

We have also released a new AML Reliance matter type, available under Conveyancing for all States. This has been designed for firms and conveyancers engaged to conduct AML compliance checks on behalf of other reporting entities, such as real estate agents, under reliance agreements. Access the Support article here to find out more.

Matter Type Improvements

Our existing Security of Payment Act (NSW) matter type has been updated to allow for acting for either the Claimant or the Respondent. Updated Support article is now available here.

Other Matter Type improvements included the following:

  • QLD Traffic Lead Type is now available
  • New Children's Court tab added to Court Details for WA Criminal General Matters.

WA Transfer Duty Calculator

The WA Transfer Duty Calculator has been updated to reflect RevenueWA's recent changes to the First Home Owner Rate (FHOR) and the Off-the-Plan (OTP) Concession.

The FHOR for Home, with its Metro and Peel Regions and Outside Metro and Peel Regions options, has ended, with the last effective day being 6 May 2026. Where a Contract date of 7 May 2026 or later is entered, the Region drop-down menu option will no longer be visible.

Support article has been updated to note the Region change here.
