NSW Estate Administration Update
Following client feedback we have given you the option to add the Births Deaths & Marriages Registry Contact Card to your NSW Estate Administration matters. You can add this to your matter by going to Matter Settings, selecting Births Deaths & Marriages Registry, and clicking “Save”. You will then be able to enter the details of the Registry into your matter.
Forms Updates
This month we made some important forms updates including the following:
Federal - All States
For Immigration matters, we added the following forms to the Department of Home Affairs folder:
- Undertaking Declaration
- Notification of Incorrect Answer(s)
- Change of contact and/or passport details
Victoria
For Litigation matters, we added the following to the VCAT Forms folder:
- Application for review of a decision - Review and Regulation List
- Appointment of an administrator and/or guardian – Application for order
We also added the “Revocation of medical treatment decision maker” form for VIC Estate Planning matters.
