How do I get trust accounting and Billing to generate receipts?

This calls for basic familiarization with SB Billing - training is included in your account payment. You can ask your account manager to set up a training.

This is a very broad question, but I will run through some things that may be relevant for you in my answer. As @JKibler pointed out, it is useful to organise training so we can nut out the specifics of your requirements! Off the top of my head…

 

For Trust Accounting:

  • Ensure that your trust receipting is setup correctly with the following:
    1. Go to Billing settings > Accounts.
    2. Turn on all options under Trust and Controlled Money Options and click Save.

 

For Billing:

  • Click the Payment Detail button on the PDF invoice page to generate a payment receipt.
  • Click the three dots … when looking at the invoice list, then click Print Detail to generate a payment receipt.
