Australian update: New matter types, form and precedent updates in March

Conveyancing  

Stakeholder matter type (QLD)  
The stakeholder matter type is used in circumstances where a law firm is acting as Stakeholder for both parties under a contract for sale of land in a Conveyancing matter type. Here’s the details on the new stakeholder matter type. 
 
Lexon precedent updates (QLD) 
We made some changes to our Lexon precedents. All automated and non-automated documents are now up to date.
